How to get there

How to get to the Lecture-Conference Center

  • by public transport

Ławica Airport is located 7 km from the city centre, in the vicinity of the route leading directly to the major city points and next to the road out of Poznań to Berlin and Warsaw. You should take bus number 59 or express line L and get off at Bałtyk bus stop (the last bust stop in this line, the travel takes about 20 minutes).

While travelling by L line the ticket price is double and one can take one piece of luggage free of charge. After getting off at Bałtyk bus stop, you should walk (about 3 minutes) to Rondo Kapioniera and take the tram number 5 or 13 (direction Starołęka, about 10 minutes, 6th tram stops). You should get off at Politechnika stop and walk down the Piotrowo street, straight to the Lecture-Conference Center (2 minutes).

It is worth to know that in Poznań, the following types of tickets are available:

Time tickets for trams and buses – a ticket entitles you to change your bus to another bus or tram within the time limit, without buying an extra ticket.

Tickets valid for a certain number of stop – valid only for buses (up to 10 stops and over 10 stops) – ticket entitles to ride a certain number of stops, to avoid paying for pauses caused by traffic jam.

Daily ticket – pentitles you to move around by public transport for 24 hours from the moment you validate it in the first bus or tram.
